Abstract: 組織關係是一個在中國社會的主要動力,組織的知識分享圍繞在組織關係上。以前的研究對中國社會的組織關係確認了它在組織設置的重要性。這研究透過知識分享探索組織組織關係和組織承諾之間的組織關係,並提出一個概念模式。在此所提出的概念模式中,知識分享間接地影響被結果相互依賴和同事一致通過組織關係的媒介和被分配性正義和程式正義通過組織承諾的媒介。最後,提出幾個未來研究的建議。
Relationship is one of the major dynamics in Chinese society, where knowledge sharing in an organization revolves around relationship. Previous research conducted on relationship in a Chinese society has confirmed the importance of it in the organizational setting. This research wii try to explore the relationships between knowledge sharing and its antecedents by considering organizational relationship and commitment as critical mediators. A conceptual model will propose in this research. Finally, several propositions will be provided for future research, and prior discussions will be addressed.
