摘要: 本研究旨在探討新北市七星區居家托育人員對於在職訓練課程的感受與需求,並提出相應的改進建議,以提升托育服務的專業水準和品質。首先,研究背景強調了少子女化現象下,家庭對高品質托育服務的需求增加,並指出居家托育成為重要的育兒方式之一。然而,托育人員的學經歷背景和專業能力參差不齊,進一步強調了在職訓練的重要性。研究者通過訪視輔導工作,發現托育人員在專業知識和實務操作方面存在落差,從而引發了對在職訓練需求的研究動機。
研究方法包括文獻探討、問卷調查及深度訪談,針對七星區的居家托育人員進行資料蒐集與分析。研究結果顯示,托育人員對現有在職訓練課程普遍感到滿意,但也提出了具體的改進需求。例如,在急救知識、嬰幼兒發展、托育安全及危機處理等方面,托育人員期望獲得更深入和實用的培訓。此外,托育人員在課程學習中的挑戰主要來自於時間安排和課程內容與實務的脫節。
根據研究結果,研究者提出了若干建議,包括增加實務操作訓練、靈活安排培訓時間、提升講師的專業水平等。這些建議旨在更好地滿足托育人員的實際需求,促進托育服務的專業化發展。

This study aims to explore the perceptions and needs of in-service training courses among family childcare providers in the Qixing District of New Taipei City and to propose corresponding improvement suggestions to enhance the professional level and quality of childcare services. Firstly, the research background emphasizes the increasing demand for high-quality childcare services under the phenomenon of declining birth rates, highlighting family childcare as an important mode of childcare. However, the educational backgrounds and professional abilities of childcare providers vary significantly, further underscoring the importance of in-service training. Through supervision and counseling work, the researcher found gaps in the professional knowledge and practical skills of childcare providers, thus motivating the investigation into their in-service training needs.
The research methods included literature review, questionnaire surveys, and in-depth interviews, targeting family childcare providers in the Qixing District for data collection and analysis. The results showed that while childcare providers were generally satisfied with the existing in-service training courses, they also expressed specific improvement needs. For example, in areas such as first aid knowledge, infant and toddler development, childcare safety, and crisis management, providers hoped for more in-depth and practical training. Additionally, challenges in course learning mainly stemmed from time management and the disconnect between course content and practical application.
Based on the findings, the researcher proposed several recommendations, including increasing practical training sessions, arranging training times flexibly, and enhancing the professional level of instructors. These suggestions aim to better meet the actual needs of childcare providers and promote the professional development of childcare services.
In summary, this study provides valuable improvement suggestions through an in-depth analysis of the perceptions and needs of in-service training courses among family childcare providers in the Qixing District of New Taipei City. These recommendations serve as a reference for the design of future training courses for childcare providers, helping to improve their professional capabilities and ensuring the quality of childcare, thus contributing positively to the overall development of the childcare industry.
