Abstract: 本研究主要探索是瞭解教保服務人員低碳飲食知識、態度及行為的差異情形,探討低碳飲食知識、態度及行為之相關。本研究採問卷調查法,以台北市、新北市和基隆市之公立、私立、非營利(含教保中心)、準公共化幼兒園教保工作人 員為研究對象。
本研究採用問卷調查法,「低碳飲食知識問卷」、「低碳飲食態度問卷」、「低碳飲食行為問卷」三份問卷進行調查,回收292份有效問卷,進行描述性統計、T 檢定分析、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、迴歸分析等方法進行分析。
研究發現(一)教保服務人員的低碳飲食知識、態度及行為呈現中上程度(二)低碳飲食態度和低碳飲食行為之間有顯著中度相關性(三)低碳飲食知識、態度對低碳飲食行為解釋變異量是顯著。
This study aimed to explore the differences in low-carbon dietary knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors Preschool educators and investigate the correlations among low-carbon dietary knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors. The research adopted a questionnaire survey method with Preschool educators in public, private, non-profit (including childcare centers), and quasi-public kindergartens in Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Keelung City.
The study utilized three questionnaires, namely the "Low-Carbon Dietary Knowledge Questionnaire," "Low-Carbon Dietary Attitude Questionnaire," and "Low-Carbon Dietary Behavior Questionnaire," with 292 valid responses collected for analysis. Descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis were conducted.
The research findings are as follows:
1. The low-carbon dietary knowledge, attitude, and behavior of educational and supportive service staff are at an above-average level.
2. There is a significant moderate correlation between low-carbon dietary attitude and low-carbon dietary behavior.
3. Low-carbon dietary knowledge and attitude significantly explain the variance in low-carbon dietary behavior.
