摘要: 本研究主要探討兒童瑜珈對學齡前幼兒專注力之影響,研究者利用「兒童專注力量表」為研究工具,以桃園市中壢區一所幼兒園大班幼兒為研究對象,將學生分為實驗組和控制組,實驗組實施12堂的兒童瑜珈課程,控制組則進行其他類型的活動,通過瑜珈課程觀察是否能提高幼兒的專注力,以期為幼兒教育提供有意義的參考,提高幼兒的專注力和學習效果。本研究採實驗組、控制組前後測之類實驗研究設計,藉以瞭解兒童瑜珈與其專注力的影響。依據結果發現:
一、兒童瑜珈對學齡前幼兒專注力有正向的影響。
二、兒童瑜珈的教學方式與其他活動相比,更能提高幼兒的專注力。
三、通過兒童瑜珈活動,讓幼兒在活動中學習,以提高學習效果。
四、兒童瑜珈課程的設計應注重幼兒需求與興趣,並與幼兒的生活經驗相結合。
研究結果為學齡前幼兒的專注力訓練提供了新的思路和方法。兒童瑜珈活動可以通過一些特定的體位和練習,提高幼兒的專注力和決策能力。此外,兒童瑜珈也以一個有趣、安全、緩和的活動方式,讓幼兒在練習中獲得快樂和成就感。
This study investigates the specific actions taken by the principal of a private
kindergarten in promoting transformational leadership and the impact on organizational operations. A qualitative case study approach was adopted to deeply analyze the principal’s practical implementation of transformational leadership and the significance of their behaviors. The principal’s achievements in promoting transformational leadership are primarily reflected in the following five areas: administrative communication and coordination, environmental planning, curriculum and teaching arrangements, organizational atmosphere, and community and parental involvement. These areas exhibit different characteristics at various stages, showing both relevance and uniqueness.
Overall, the principal demonstrated continuous improvement and the ability to make progress in all aspects, making significant contributions to the transformation and enhancement of the kindergarten. The kindergarten has achieved remarkable results in administrative communication, environmental planning, curriculum and teaching, organizational atmosphere, and community and parental involvement, providing a better educational environment and growth opportunities for the children.
