四、在共親職與親職壓力的關係中,親職效能為中介變項。 The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between coparenting, parenting stress, and parenting self-efficacy among mothers of preschool children and examine whether parenting self-efficacy mediates the relationship between coparenting and parenting stress. In this study, the Coparenting Scale, the Parenting Stress Scale and the Parenting Self-efficacy Scale were exploited for the questionnaire survey. The study adopts a quantitative research design and collects data from 225 mothers of preschool children through self-report questionnaires. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, hierarchical regression and bootstrapping were used for statistical test.
The main findings of the research are as followed: 1. Spouses of mothers of preschool children’s coparenting style tends to be "supportive". 2. Mothers of preschool children have low to moderate levels of parenting stress. 3. Mothers of preschool children have moderate to high levels of parenting self-efficacy. 4.The correlations showed that supportive coparenting was positively related to parenting self-efficacy. Undermine coparenting was negatively related to parenting self-efficacy. 5.The correlations showed that parenting self-efficacy was negatively related to parenting stress. 6. The correlations showed that supportive coparenting was negatively related to parenting stress, undermine coparenting was positively related to parenting stress. 7.Coparenting can predict parenting stress. Coparenting and parenting self-efficacy can significantly predict parenting stress. 8.Parenting self-efficacy mediates the relationship between coparenting and parenting stress.
