本研究主要目的，在於探討家長性別角色態度、家長家務分工況與家長對幼兒家務態度對幼兒家務參與之影響。透過文獻分析、問卷調查，蒐集並分析探討資料。問卷調查主要以基隆市、臺北市、新北市公、私立幼兒園學齡前幼兒之家長，採滾雪球方式進行抽樣，利用改編的「北北基地區幼兒家務參與調查問卷」為研究工具，採李克特五點量表計分，共蒐集有效問卷775份，將調查所得資料以描述性統計、皮爾森績差相關和階層迴歸分析。 依據資料分析結果，本研究結論如下： 一、家長傾向較平等的性別角色態度，且家中的家務分工平均數落在「父母平均分攤」與「多由母親完成，父親偶爾協助」之間。 二、對幼兒參與家務的看法，家長多認為是重要的，平均數落在「重要」與「非常重要」之間。 三、家長性別角色態度、家務分工狀況與幼兒家務參與沒有相關。 四、家長對幼兒家務態度對幼兒家務參與有顯著影響，即家長認為幼兒參與家務越重要，則幼兒參與的家務越多。 The main purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of parents' gender role attitudes, housework division, attitudes towards children's housework on young children's housework participation. The process of this research is to study literature, design questionnaires, collect and analyze data. The questionnaire survey was mainly conducted on parents of preschool children in public and private preschool in Keelung City, Taipei City, and New Taipei City. The questionnaire is sampled in a snowball method. The researcher used the adapted questionnaire as a research tool. Scored on a five-point Likert scale, and collected 775 valid questionnaires. The researcher analyzed the data with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical regression analysis. Based on the data analysis results, the conclusions of this study are as follows： 1.Parental gender role attitudes tend towards equality, and the average division of housework among parents is between "Parents share equally" and "Mostly done by mothers with occasional assistance from fathers". 2.Parents' views on young children's participation in housework is that it is very important. The average falls between "important" and "very important." 3.Parental gender role attitudes and housework division were not correlated with young children's housework participation. 4.Parents' attitude towards children's housework has a significant impact on young children's housework participation. That is, when parents feel that it is more important for children to participate in housework, the more children participate in housework.
