Abstract: 本研究主要目的,在於探討幼兒園親師合作關係與幼兒家務參與之關聯。整個流程包含文獻分析、問卷設計與調查,資料分析等,問卷調查主要以基隆市、臺北市、新北市公、私立幼兒園學齡前幼兒之家長,採滾雪球的方式進行取樣,問卷調查共收回827分,刪除27份無效問卷,以及填答者對象不符本研究需求共25份,最後有效問卷為775份,地區分布情形為基隆市219位;台北市366位;新北市190位,並以google表單進行「北北基地區幼兒家務參與調查問卷」的資料蒐集,分析則是蒐集資料的部分內容進行本研究目的之探究,並以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定和單因子變異數分析、皮爾森績差相關和迴歸分析等統計方法。
依據資料分析結果,本研究結論如下:
一、親師合作受到家長性別、教育程度、居住地、幼兒園公、私立屬性而影響。
二、親師合作與幼兒園屬性是幼兒家務參與的重要因素。
三、親師合作只影響私立幼兒園幼兒家務參與的因素。
最後依據研究結果對以及未來研究者提供意見,期望對幼兒園、親師合作與幼兒家務有所助益。
The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between kindergarten parent-teacher cooperation and children's participation in housework. The process includes literature review, questionnaire design, questionnaire survey, data analysis. The questionnaire survey was mainly conducted by parents whose children were in public and private preschools which located in Keelung City, Taipei City, and New Taipei City. 827 objects finished the questionnaire and were carried out in a snowball method. After deleting 27 invalid samples, and 25 objects that do not meet the needs of this research, the final valid objects was 775. The regional distribution was 219 objects in Keelung City; 366 in Taipei City; and 190 in New Taipei City. And the data collection of "Children's Housework Participation Questionnaire in Peibeijing Area" was carried out with google form. The analysis of this study uses only a portion of the data collected to explore the purpose of this study. The descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and mutilple-regression were used to analyzis data in this study.
Based on the data analysis results, the conclusions of this study were as follows:
1.Parent-teacher cooperation was affected by parents’ gender, education level, place of residence, public and private attributes of preschool.
2.Parent-teacher cooperation and preschool attributes were important factors for children's participation in housework.
3.The factors that parent-teacher cooperation only affected private preschool children’s participation in housework.
Finally, according to the research results, we will provide opinions to future researchers, hoping to help preschool, parent-teacher cooperation and children's housework.
