摘要: 本研究案多為高齡者齡(營養介入組 73.7±12 歲,非營養介入組63.7±21歲),以口攝食軟質或流質的自然食物為多數(9 成)且多長期患有糖尿病、腎臟病及心血管疾病。個案之MNA 表前6 題的營養篩檢題之分數均小於或等於11 分,表示可能營養不良之危險顯示本研究計畫之個案均需要專業之營養介入服務,使其可獲得營養均衡之飲食,避免身體因營養不良造成後續高額之醫療支出與社會成本。營養師以個案能瞭解之方式教導個案所需之相關營養知識與技能。經營養介入兩個月後,比較營養介入組接受營養介入前後BMI 值與NMA值變化,雖然營養介入前後BMI 值無顯著差異,但是MNA 值則由17.8±5.73 提升為21.3±4.92,經差異檢定分析呈現顯著差異,顯示營養介入確實可提高個案的營養狀態。
In this research, two groups of old-age patients are covered. Nutrition
intervention group with age averaged 73.7 ±12 years old, Non-nutrition intervention group with age averaged 63.7 ±21 years old. These patients mostly need for taking soft food, and, part of them, also have some long-term disorders, such as diabetes, kidney illness and/or cardiovascular diseases et al. First six nutrition-related questions on the MNA table were scored 11 or smaller showing a possible risk of malnutrition. Less than 50% patients and their major nursing people having correct nutrition and foods-related knowledge shows that all cases, in this research, need a
professional nutrition intervention service in order to get nutrition balance foods, and to avoid high medical expenses and social cost in the future. After two months nutrition interventions, BMI and NMA are compared. While BMI values present no significant difference, MNA values were raised from 17.8±5.73 to 21.3±4.92, showing that nutrition intervention really have positive effects on patients’ nutrition status.
