摘要:	婚禮產業是一個商機龐大的市場， 2008年的資料顯示，以每對新人一百萬元的婚禮費用計算，就有1,400億元以上的經濟規模。近年來，已有業者引進國外的「婚禮企劃師」或「婚禮顧問師」 (Wedding Planner或 Wedding Consultant) 制度，也就是說以付費的方式，聘請有經驗的第三者協助結緍整體的相關事宜安排。本研究採用質性研究方式，分別對「婚禮顧問」業及「婚宴業者」做深度訪談。研究結果發現：專業「婚禮企劃」已逐漸被大眾接受，在婚禮產業鏈中，逐步建立起自身的地位。另外，婚宴業者由於產值最高，從早期的訂席與宴會服務人員，結合婚禮企劃服務的作法，將自身資源最大化，再加上異業間的結盟，漸漸形成婚宴業者最具競爭力的「婚禮企劃人員」。 The wedding industry is a market with huge business opportunity. There is economical scale of more than 140 billion NT in 2008, calculate with the wedding expenses of 1,000,000 NT of each pair of newlywed. In recent years, someone has introduced the Wedding Planner or Wedding Consultant System, is mean that, by way of paying, engage the experienced the other person to help to arranged the relevant matters of the whole marriage process. In-depth interview method was adopting in this study to qualitative analysis. This study interviewed the ‘professional wedding planner’ and ‘wedding banquet manager’. The principle findings is It’s acceptance in the society was low at the beginning; there was a significant growth after more then ten years’ evolution. Moreover, as the sales value of wedding banquet is the highest among other services in the wedding industry, it maximizes its own value in the industry by jointing other wedding services like banquet operation or wedding planning. The wedding planning service has thus become a competitive key power to win the market. The result showed that the professional wedding planner was set up one’s own position progressively and has already been accepted by the masses gradually. In addition, those people who the reserve personnel and banquet attendants were becoming to the most competitive wedding planner because they combining their enterprise planning practice and the recourses among different industry.
