摘要: 人、事、錢是企業經營三大要素,其中,人是企業最重要的資源,人的素質也等同於決定了旅館服務的水準,相對地,主管就是擔任人力素質的策略領導者、績效激勵的重要角色,甚至是與同業競爭優勢的創造者,而本研究旨在探討旅館業高階管理者如何培養領導能力,那些能力可以讓管理者決定採用那一種管理方式?而那人格特質可以提升經營績效?透過實際訪談及研究後,眾多領導能力形成因素除了建立旅館業高階管理者基本的專業能力及領導能力之外,還要能培養員工的專業技能、良好的團隊氣氛,才能充分發揮創意以及展現服務熱忱,也就是說,為了培養優質人才、提昇員工的素質,所以必需建立足夠的自信心、工作滿足。
People, events, money is the three elements of business, where people are the most important resource, people's quality is also equivalent to determine the standard of the hotel services, relatively, in charge of the strategy is to act as a leader in the quality of manpower, performance incentives an important role, even with the same industry, the creator of competitive advantage, but this study was to explore the high-end hotel industry executives how to foster leadership skills, ability to let administrators who decide what kind of management style? And that personality traits can improve business performance? Through the actual interviews and research, among the factors contributing to leadership in high-end hotel industry executives in addition to establishing the basic professional skills and leadership abilities, but also can help to cultivate the professional skills of staff, good team atmosphere in order to give full play to creativity and display services enthusiasm, that is train qualified people, to enhance the quality of the staff, so necessary to establish sufficient self-confidence, job satisfaction.
