本研究旨在瞭解目前技職院校大學生英語學習焦慮、後設認知能力與英語學習成就的現況;探討不同背景變項之技職院校大學生在英語學習焦慮、後設認知能力與英語學習成就的差異情形;分析其英語學習焦慮、後設認知能力與英語學習成就的相關情形;檢視哪一個變項對英語學習成就較具預測力。最後再根據研究結果,提出對技職院校大學生英語學習與教師教學之具體建議。 This study aims (1) to examine the English learning anxiety, English Metacognitive awareness and English performance for Taiwan technology college students; (2) to investigate the differences in English learning anxiety, English metacognitive awareness and English performance for technology college students with different backgrounds; (3) analyze the correlation among English learning anxiety, English metacognitive awareness and English performance for technology college students. (4) to check which variable has more predictive power on English performance. Finally, this study puts forward suggestions based on the research, including providing some reference for technology college students and teachers.
