對任何企業、組織而言,「人」是最寶貴的資源,如何加強人力資源管理並有效運用人力資源,是未來企業成長、經濟發展與國家進步最為重要的一項課題。其中,人力資源規劃可說是人力資源管理成功與否的重要關鍵。 本探索性研究預計針對大台北地區私立托育機構就其在人力運用及其服務績效之表現,擬針對樣本個案以深入訪談之方式進行結構性訪談,主要研究目的為: 一、透過文獻的探討,深入瞭解人力資源規劃之相關概念及運作情形,歸納整理出適合托育機構產業之人力資源規劃模式架構。 二、分析托育機構產業實施人力資源規劃之現況與特性。 三、從相關文獻中整理出之托育機構產業人力資源規劃模式,與其實施人力資源規劃之現況與特性相互比較,探求兩者間的差異,尋得適切的改善方法,供我托育機構產業作為推展或改進其人力資源規劃之參考。 For any enterprises or organizations, “human resource” is the most precious resource. How to enhance the human resource management and make use of human resource effectively will be the most important topic for enterprise growth, the economic development and the country progresses in the future. We can say human resource planning is a key successful factor for human resource management. The purposes of this research will focus on the following topics: 1. Through the review of related literatures, we hope to understand the related concepts and implementations of human resource planning thoroughly, and to set up a new model of human resource planning for the industry of Care Center. 2. To analyze the present situation and the characteristics of our Care Center’ industry after implementing human resource planning. 3. Compare with previous two purposes, I hope to find the difference of them and provide recommendations to the industry of Care Center or to improve their human resource planning.
