Abstract: 幼兒是國家珍貴的希望,故在其發展過程,政府、社會與家庭應當一起努力營造利於幼兒發展的環境。在幼兒各種發展,道德發展甚為重要,是以道德教育在學前教育扮演重要的角色。依此,幼師應關注幼兒道德教育的實踐。本文則旨在探瞰Albert Bandura社會學習論的理念,進而衍釋對我國幼兒道德教育的啟示,以為幼師實踐幼兒道德教育的參酌。
Young children are a nation’s most important future hope. It is the responsibility of government, society, and family alike to create an environment which is beneficial to their development. Among the various aspects of the development, moral development is particularly important. Hence, moral education during early childhood plays an important role in preschool education. For this reason, teachers have to pay considerable attention to the practice of moral education in early childhood. This essay aims to explore Albert Bandura’s idea of social learning theory, and further illuminate its implications for preschool children’s moral education in an attempt to provide teachers with some helpful suggestions.
