本研究調查2008 年7 月至12 月間市售果(蔬)汁產品符合衛生署公告「市售包裝果汁及蔬菜汁飲料應標示原汁含有率」之標示現況，共計123 項產品，27 家廠商。其中符合政府標示規定之產品有71 項，佔58％，不符合標示規定的產品有52 項，佔42％。符合標示規定之產品涵蓋純天然果汁20 項、稀釋天然果汁6 項、果汁飲料28 項、綜合天然蔬果汁6 項、綜合蔬果汁8 項、稀釋發酵果汁2 項、發酵果汁飲料1 項。此外，27家廠商中，有18 家廠商未遵守標示規定，而其中又有9 家屬於國內營收1,000 大企業的廠商，這9 家中又有4 家具高知名品牌。高知名度的廠商所生產之產品不一定符合政府標示法規。消費者在購買果(蔬)汁產品時應注意查看原汁含有率的標示。
The labeling conditions of real juice content percentage of fruit/vegetable juice products, including 123 items, and 27 manufactures, were conducted at malls and supermarkets from July to December of 2008. Among them,71 items（58％）met the requirement of government, and 52（42％）did not. The products with legal labeling included 20 items of pure natural fruits juice products, 6 items of diluted pure fruit juice, 28 items of juice beverage, 6 items of compound natural fruit vegetable juice, 8 items of compound fruit/vegetable juice, 2 items of diluted ferment fruit/vegetable juice, and 1 item of fermented beverage juice. Furthermore, 18 out of 27 manufactures did not obey the labeling regulation, and 9 out of 18 ones above are in the one thousand ranking list for enterprise in Taiwan. Four out of the 9 ones above have high
brand reputation. In this study, high brand reputation companies did not necessarily meet the requirement of the government. When buying fruit/vegetable juice, consumer should carefully notice the real juice content labeling on the products.
