在2008年7月至12月間調查市售果(蔬)汁產品價格與其原汁含量之關聯性，共取樣119項產品，8種類別，其中70項有標示原汁含有率，佔58％，49項未標示，佔42％。有標示之產品涵蓋純天然果汁18項、稀釋天然果汁6項、果汁飲料24項、綜合天然蔬果汁6項、綜合蔬果汁8項、稀釋天然蔬菜汁1項、稀釋發酵果汁2項以及發酵果汁飲料5項。以每百分比原汁之價格而言，純天然果汁及綜合天然蔬果汁價格較低，而稀釋天然果汁及果汁飲料價格則較高。發酵類果汁之原汁含量普遍偏低。消費者在選購果(蔬)汁產品時宜比較實際上喝到原汁的含量與所付的價格是否對等，作為選擇的依據。
The relationship of price and the real juice content of fruit /vegetable juice products, including 119 items and 8 categories, on market were conducted at malls and supermarkets in Taipei from July to December of 2008.Among them, products with and without real fruit juice content labeling were 70, and 49, respectively. The products with labeling included 18 items of pure natural fruit juice, 6 items of diluted pure fruit juice, 24 items of juice beverage, 6 items of compound natural fruit vegetable juice, 8 items of compound fruit/vegetable juice, 1 item of diluted natural vegetable juice, 2 items of diluted ferment fruit juice, and 5 items of fermented juice beverage. In view of price of per one percent real fruit juice content, the categories with lower price were pure natural fruit juice and compound natural fruit vegetable juice, the diluted pure fruit juice and juice beverage were with higher price, though. In general, the real juice content was low in fermented fruit juice products. The real juice content labelling and price of fruit/vegetable juice products sold in Taipei should be noticed and compared to make a best choice for consumers.
