摘要: 本文透過評鑑的意義與現行專科評鑑模式(CIPP),來探討評鑑作為技職教育改進指標的重要性。除提出六項其體建議供參與評鑑相關單位參考外,並以全面品質管理的理念來展望未來的評鑑。面對新世紀的學子,學校評鑑應加強學生生活教育教學成效的追蹤,並與企業管理的精神結合,才能持續創新與發揮教育的目標。
This review article through the meaning and current model of college evaluation (CIPP) tries to explore the impotency of evaluation for techical and vocational education as an improving index. Not only provided six suggestions but also applied the concept of total quality control to look ahead the evaluation in the future. Facing a new century's student, the school evaluation should stress the effects of living education, and combine with the spirit of business management. Therefore, it could be a good way from school evaluation to create something and to achieve some educational goals.
