Abstract: | 在所抽檢的樣品中,脫水水果之亞硫酸鹽均符合規定在500ppm以下,金針(daylily;Hemerocallis fulva L.)則為7375ppm,超過規定甚多。評估Merck RQ/flex和Alert方法,結果顯示前者可採用為快速篩檢亞硫酸鹽的方法,後者則不恰當。 In this examination, all the dehydrated fruits meet the requirement of regulation of sulfite of 500 ppm. The sulfite content of the daylily is of 7375 ppm, which is far over the regulation. The evaluation of Merck RQ/flex and Alert method shows that the former method is suitable for rapid screening of sulfite and the latter is not. |
