Abstract:	本次抽查大台北地區十九件免洗筷之衛生狀況，結果顯示以鼻子聞均未發現異味者；微生物方面，總生菌數均在不可計數範圍；僅在漢口街、汐止、淡水、林口之樣品發現有黴菌，其他均未檢出有酵母菌、大腸桿菌群、大腸桿菌，顯示大台北地區免洗筷之衛生狀況尚可。 Nintheen samples of the disposable sanitary chopsticks in Taipei area were chosen. No acidic odour was smelled. In microbiological quality, the aerobic bacteria in Petrifilm were not contable. Molds were found in the samples collected from Han-co Street、Si-chi、Dan-swei and Lin-co. Hoever, the coliform、Escherichia coli and yeasts were not found in the films of all samples. It is observered that the conditions of dis-posable sanitary chopsticks in Taipei area are so far so good.
