綜之,本篇研究結論,男性教師在壓力處理上表現較女性教師更佳,而年輕教師可能因較少的社會支持而面臨挑戰。此外,教師的健康促進生活方式對其幸福感有顯著預測作用。 The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships among Health Promotion Life Style and Well-being among junior high school teachers in remote districts in New Taipei City. What this study adopted is survey research. Data were collected from teachers of junior high schools in remote districts in New Taipei City. The collected data were analyzed by using the statistical methods of One-Way ANOVA, One-Way MANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, and Multiple Regression. The results of this study are: 1. Male teachers have higher scores on stress-handling behavior than female teachers. 2. Teachers over 50 years old have higher scores on stress-handling behavior than teachers aged 20 to 29 years old. 3. Teachers aged 30 to 39 and 40 to 49 years old have higher scores on social support behavior than teachers over 50 years old. 4. Divorced teachers have higher scores on stress-handling behavior than single teachers. 5. Teachers who have 2 or more children have higher scores on positive emotions, optimism and positivity, and work achievement than teachers who have 1 child. 6. There is a relationship between teachers' health-promoting lifestyle and well-being. 7. Teachers' health-promoting lifestyle can predict their well-being. In summary, this study concludes that male teachers handle stress better than female teachers, and younger teachers may struggle due to less social support. Additionally, a healthy lifestyle significantly predicts teachers' well-being."
