The curriculum of intergenerational learning between young children and older adults is developed in Taiwanese preschools. Intergenerational learning promotes the sharing of experience and mental growth between young children and older adults. This study aims to explore a preschool’s development of intergenerational learning course in Taiwan. There are the following findings: (1) the design of teaching activities should be easy or clear; (2) the design of teaching activities should focus on the interests of older adults; (3) it is very difficult to take into account the needs of every older adult when we design the course; (4) it is not easy to find older adults with expertise to interact with young children in preschools; (5) the course design of intergenerational learning must be consistent;(6) the implementation mode of intergenerational learning between young children and older adults should be increased; (7) the communication channels between the preschool and the adult day care center should be smooth; (8) the lack of government agency; (9) the lack of manpower in the implementation of intergenerational learning courses; (10) young children and older adults have positive feelings each other; (11) a feeling of love breeds between young children and older adults. Finally, the researchers hope that the discussion will help us expand the horizons of
intergenerational learning between young children and older adults in Taiwanese preschools.
