This research mainly aimed to the importance of leisure to the physical and mental health of primary school children in the country. From the perspective of health promotion, to observe the types of leisure activities of primary school children, the constraints that affected primary school children’s leisure activities, and the satisfaction of primary school students with leisure activities, it was conducted through questionnaire surveys. A total of 390 questionnaires were distributed and 390 effective sample sizes were obtained. After analyzing with SPSS structural equation model to verify the fitness and hypothesis, the study results were as following: (1) Significant discrepancy were partly existed in participation in leisure activities among grade and higher grade of school children with different grades, gender and socioeconomic status. (2)There were some significant discrepancy in leisure constraint among middle and upper grades of elementary and middle schools with different grades, gender and socioeconomic status (3 ) Significant discrepancy were partly existed in the constraints to leisure among middle and upper grades of elementary and middle schools with different grades, gender and socioeconomic status.
