| 摘要: | 隨著醫療科技進步，教育水準與生活品質的提昇，人們對於預防保健服務、慢性病防治的需求日益增加。而足底筋膜炎是一種普遍的慢性足部疾病，常見的病因是來自長時間過度使用造成足底筋膜的損傷，引起足底筋膜或周圍組織及足跟內側的發炎及疼痛，易發族群如護理人員、教師、生產線作業人員或餐飲銷售服務業者等。
本研究由Ajzen(1985)提出的計劃行為理論(TPB)，藉以行為態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制與行為意圖等構面，探討臺北市護理人員足弓墊使用行為意圖的相關因素。本研究採用紙本立意問卷方式，發出440份正式問卷，回收431份問卷，回收有效樣本計426份，有效回收率96.8%。所得資料透過 SPSS及 Amos等兩種軟體作為資料分析工具，進行敘述性統計分析、信效度分析及基本變項對各構面之差異分析及態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制與行為意圖之線性結構分析。
研究結果顯示護理人員在足弓墊使用態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制對行為意圖均有顯著正向影響，行為態度以足弓墊有助於支撐足弓及防震，減少足部負荷變項的影響最大，在主觀規範以專業人士醫師、物理治療師是影響我使用足弓墊的重要因素，平均數為最高。因此，建議業者能提供護理人員有關足弓墊促進足部健康相關的資訊，讓護理人員充分了解此類產品的特性，藉以加強足弓墊使用意圖。
With the advancement of medical technology, the improvement of education standards, and the quality of life, people's demand for preventive health services and the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases is increasing. Plantar fasciitis is a common chronic foot disease. The common cause is damage to the plantar fascia caused by prolonged overuse, causing inflammation and pain on the plantar fascia or surrounding tissues in the inner heel of the heel. This symptom occurs in professional groups such as nursing staff, teachers, production line operators, or catering sales and service providers.
In this study, the Planned Behavior Theory (TPB) proposed by Ajzen (1985) used the aspects of behavior attitude, subjective norms, and perceptual behavior control to explore the related factors of the behavioral intention of nurses in Taipei City using arch insoles. In this study, paper-based conceptual questionnaires were used. 440 formal questionnaires were sent to the nurse staff, and 431 questionnaires were collected. A total of 426 valid samples were gathered, and the effective recovery rate was 96.8%. The obtained data uses two software such as SPSS and Amos as data analysis tools to perform narrative statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, basic variable analysis of differences in various dimensions and linearity of attitudes, subjective norms, perceptual behavior control, and behavior intentions structural analysis.
The results showed that the attitude, subjective norms, and perceptual behavior control of the nursing staff in the use of arch insoles have a significant positive impact on behavioral intentions. Using arch insoles in their behavior attitudes can help support the arches and prevent shocks, reducing the load in the foot. Professional physicians and physical therapists are the most major influencing factors affecting the use of arch insoles in subjective norms. Therefore, it is recommended that the new products development should provide nurses with sufficient information about arch insoles to promote foot health so that the nurses can fully understand the characteristics of such products, to strengthen the intention of using the arch insoles. |
