老齡化時代來臨，突顯了健康管理的重要性，芳香精油與經絡結合的中西合璧的健康調理方式的應用越來越受到肯定。本研究目的旨在透過經絡理論結合芳香調理，探討芳香經絡調理員所需具備的專業職能內涵。本研究第一階段整理相關文獻理論，探討經絡芳香調理員工作內涵與專業職能基本概念，發展經絡芳香調理員專業職能內涵初稿。第二階段邀請十二位產業與學術界專家進行專家會議修正；第三階段舉辦24小時的培訓課程，共70名學員參加並獲得50名全程參與之有效測驗及問卷，最後綜合整理而獲致研究結果。研究結論如下：一、經文獻整理與專家會議討論後，芳香經絡調理員在執行芳香經絡調理工作時，需具備11項知識、11項技能與8項態度之職能內涵。二、芳香經絡調理員職能培訓課程滿意度，以精油芳療概論與基礎應用為最高。三、芳香經絡調理員專業職能的10個主題課程整體滿意度平均為91.9%。四、芳香經絡調理員專業職能培訓班課前與課後測驗，平均成績進步17分。 Now is the Aging society, people began to pay attention to health. Meridian and Aromatherapy are a kind of adjust health mode that merged Chinese and Western accepted by people. The purpose of this research is to combine Aromatherapy and Meridian. If you want to enter the Meridian Aromatic Industry, how many professional skills are you needed? Firstly, to organize related literature and to develop professional functions for Meridian Aromatherapist. Secondary, to invite 12 academics and professionals, and to make experts meet to repair the contests of professional functions. Finally, to give a training courses for 24 hours. There are 70 people applied the course, and 50 students completed studies and answered the questionnaire effectively. Finally, to analyze questionnaires and obtain research results. The research conclusions are as follows: 1. Meridian Aromatherapist have to prepare 11 types of expertise, 11 professional competences and 8 professional attitudes. 2. Satisfaction of functional training courses for Meridian Aromatherapist, the essence and basic application of aromatherapy are the highest. 3. Overall satisfaction of professional competency courses for Continuous training of professional function training courses for is 91.9%. After finishing the professional training class for Meridian Aromatherapist, student's average grade improved by 17 points.
