摘要: 背景:「高齡化社會」已成為全球關心之議題,各國莫不提出對策來因應老化所帶來全面性的衝擊與影響。臺灣衛福部近年提出長者健康促進政策,就是因應老化所伴隨的健康問題,實施衛生教育與運動進而改善長者的自覺健康與生活品質。

目的:探討高齡長者在有無參與健康促進活動對於自覺健康及生活品質之差異。方法:招募坪林地區80名65歲以上的高齡長者為研究對象,以隨機方式分為實驗組40名,男生10名、女生30名,平均年齡80歲(含)以上與對照組40名,男生11名、女生29名,平均年齡80歲(含)以上,兩組先進行健康促進生活量表、生活品質量表及自覺健康量表前測,實驗組另進行每週3次,每次2小時,課程為期4週,共計24小時的健康促進活動計畫介入,而對照組不做任何介入;4週後兩組再進行相同量表後測。以獨立樣本 t 檢定探討兩組之間的差異,以成對樣本 t 檢定探討組內之差異,本研究設定 α =.05。

研究結果:1.實驗組在長者健康管理、前後測評估自覺健康、生活品質達顯著差異,在健康知識行為、短期記憶力評估、肌力測試未達顯著差異,但測驗成績仍有進步。對照組在健康管理及自覺健康、生活品質均未達達顯著差異。結論:1.進行四週每週3次的健康促進活動介入,能提升長者的生活品質與提升自覺健康認知。
Background: The aging society has become an issue of global concern, and many countries have proposed countermeasures to deal with the comprehensive impact and influence of aging. The Ministry of Health and Welfare has proposed a health promotion policy for the elderly, which aims to improve the conscious health and quality of life by implementing health education and exercise in response to the health problems associated with ageing.
Objective: To investigate the differences in self-perceived health and quality of life of elderly people with and without health promotion activities.
Research result: Recruited 80 elderly people aged 65 and above in Pinglin as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups: experimental group with 10 male and 30 female, a total of 40; control group with 11 male and 29 female, a total of 40, with an average age of 80 and above. The two groups conducted the health promotion life scale, the quality of life scale, and the pre-test of the consciousness health scale. The experimental group was given a two-hour health promotion activity program, three times a week for four weeks, a total of 24-hour program, while the control group was not given any intervention. The two groups conducted the same scales after 4 weeks. The differences between the two groups were examined by independent sample t-testing, and the differences between experimental and control groups were examined by paired sample t-testing, set as α =.05. Result: The experimental group expressed significant differences in health management assessment form, pre and post test assessment of the consciousness health scale and the quality of life scale of the elderly. However, the test result did not show significant differences in health knowledge behavior, short-term memory assessment, and muscle strength test. The control group did not show significant differences in health management assessment form, the consciousness health scale, and the quality of life scale. Conclusion: health promotion activity program, which was conducted three time a weeks for four weeks, is able to improve the quality of life of the elderly and enhance their self-awareness of health.
