觀諸當前臺灣養育子女的費用昂貴、費力與費時，遂造成人們生育意願降低，這些皆是導致人口高齡化與少子化趨勢的原因。而臺灣人口高齡化與少子化加重了勞動人口的經濟負擔，而沒有多餘時間照顧家中高齡者與年幼者。在人力短缺下如能讓老幼互相照顧、互相學習，發揮個自的優點、取得各自所需，如此便能減少過去老幼需要分開照顧，且需要再個自投入照顧與教養的人力，因此「代間學習」模式成為未來的發展趨勢。有鑑於此，本文旨在探討老幼代間學習的相關議題，希冀這樣的探討可以讓人們更加認識臺灣的老幼代間學習的課題。 With the development of medical science and technology, human health awareness is rising, the average life expectancy of human beings is increasing. Because the cost of raising children is expensive, people’s willingness to give birth is reduced. In addition, there is no extra time to take care of the elderly and young people at home. For the reason of the shortage of manpower, if the young and the old can take care of each other. Learning from each other and achieving their own needs. The generational learning have became the trend of future development. In view of this, this article aims to discuss issues related to learning between the eldery and young children.
