本研究旨在了解協調師在器官捐贈勸募工作困境經驗，透過北部醫學中心協調師在器官捐贈勸募工作實務經驗及作法，以建構協調師在器官捐贈主觀經驗，分析協調師器官捐贈勸募過程中所遭遇困境，以累積實務工作經驗；另透過實務器官捐贈勸募困境經驗統整分析，以提供欲從事器官捐贈勸募工作與參考，期能提升器官捐贈。本研究邀請7位目前從事器官捐贈勸募協調師，利用質性研究方法，透過主題分析來探討協調師在器官捐贈勸募過程中實務遭遇工作困境經驗。 研究結果顯示協調師在器官捐贈勸募工作困境經驗，歸納計7項：1. 文化宗教因素；2. 家屬對器官捐贈相關訊息認知不足；3. 家屬面對器官捐贈心理衝突；4. 感同身受家屬之苦而不捨；5. 器官捐贈缺乏社會大眾支持；6. 缺乏完備器官捐贈獎勵制度；7. 勸募合作醫院缺乏器捐贈作業標準。本文藉由器官勸募經驗，了解民眾對於器官捐贈及疾病知識尚顯不足，護理人員仍持續器捐教育與訓練，政府應深植國民教育及宣傳，讓器官捐贈觀念更普及大眾，並給予協調師正面支持與鼓勵，尤以建立完備獎勵及勸募制度，以激勵士氣。 The study tries to understand the experience of working dilemma on donor coordinators, and adopted one of the northern medical center in Taiwan as research target. In further to construct subjective experience and analyze the working situation to accumulate practical work experience. Besides, the study through a comprehensive analysis of the plight of practical organ donation and procurement process, which can provide references for those who want to engage in the whole process, and hope to increase total successful rate.. This research invites 7 donor coordinators who are currently engaged in organ donation to use qualitative research methods to explore the practical experience of the coordinators through thematic analysis. The results of the study show that the coordinator’s experience in organ donation and procurement process work dilemma, which can be summarized into 7 items: 1. Cultural and religious factors; 2. Insufficient recognitions of information in family members; 3. Psychological conflicts in organ donation in family members; 4. Feel empathy with family members perseverance; 5. The lack of public support for organ donation; 6. The lack of a complete reward system; 7. The lack of operating standards. Based on the experience of organ donation, this research understands that the public is still lacking in knowledge about organ donation. Nursing staff continue to educate and train in organ donation. The government should deepen education and publicity to make the concept of organ donation more popular. More positive support and encouragement to donor coordinators, especially the establishment of a complete reward and solicitation system to stimulate morale.
