本研究主要目的在探討國小教師休閒參與、工作壓力與生活滿意度之研究，採問卷調查法，以新北市101學年度汐止區國小正式教師為對象，有效樣本數為202份，所得資料採用統計軟體SPSS12.0中文版執行，以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析，研究結論如下：
一、汐止區國小教師在休閒參與構面上最常從事的是娛樂型。
二、汐止區國小教師在工作壓力構面上以「工作負荷」壓力最大。
三、汐止區國小教師在生活滿意度構面上以「人際互動」最為滿意。
四、汐止區國小教師休閒參與與生活滿意度有顯著的正相關。
五、休閒參與能有效預測生活滿意度。
本研究結果提供給學校相關單位參考。
This study aims at exploring leisure participation of elementary school teachers’ study of the job stress and life satisfaction, Research object is Hsichih in New Taipei City, 101 school year elementary teachers. Number of valid samples are 202. The data uses statistical software SPSS12.0 Chinese version of the implementation, descriptive statistics, independent samples t- test, single-factor analysis of variance, Pearson product moment correlation analysis, statistical methods such as regression analysis. Research conclusions are as follows:
First, elementary teachers in Hsichih area often engage in “amusement type”.
Second, for elementary school teachers in Hsichih area, the most stressful in job is “workloads”.
Third, for elementary teachers in Hsichih area, the most satisfactory is “interpersonal interaction”.
Fourth, Hsichih area elementary teachers have a significant positive correlation with leisure participation and life satisfaction.
Fifth, leisure participation can effectively predict life satisfaction.
The research results are available to the schools for reference.
