Abstract: 本論文旨在瞭解基隆市國小家長對於本市國小學童課後補習之決策行為。為達到研究目的,首先針對基隆市國小家長對於本市國小學童課後補習之決策行為之相關文獻理論加以探討及分析,以作為本研究之理論基礎;再將本研究架構分為四個構面,主要分為態度、主觀規範及知覺行為控制及行為決策等四個構面。主要利用計劃行為理論(Theory of Planned Behavior, TPB )研究法進行研究,其中問卷的部分以立意抽樣進行問卷調查。以了解基隆市國小家長在其子女參與課後補習行為時所考慮之因素,並可根據調查後所蒐集之資料進行分析及處理。

本研究採用SPSS17.0軟體進行資料的敘述統計、差異化分析、積差相關及迴歸分析。其最終的目的在透過文獻整理與問卷調查之方式,找出基隆市國小家長在其子女參與課後補習行為時所考慮之因素。因此調查的對象主要是基隆市國小家長,以期經由實證分析的過程,最終建立出「國小學生家長子女補習行為之意向分析模式」,所得到的研究結果為影響「態度構面」可分為兩個子構面為「主觀信念」及「客觀信念」,影響「主觀規範構面」可分為兩個子構面為「主群體」及「次群體」,影響「知覺行為控制構面」可分為兩個子構面為「方便性」及「有效性」,影響「行為決策構面」可分為三個子構面為「硬體設備」、「家長方便」及「經濟條件」共可歸納出九個影響家長決策的因素,並進一步做成結論及建議,以作為學校、老師、家長及補習業者對於基隆市國小學童課後補習行為的決策了解與未來從事本行業業者之營運策略制訂。
The purpose of this research was to understand how the parents in Keelung City make decisions about their children in Keelung City attending after-school cram schools. In this study, parental decision-making behavior is divided into four aspects such as “attitude,” “subjective norms,” “perceived behavior control,” and “decision-making behavior.” The main research tool was “Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB),” and purposive sampling was used in the questionnaire.
The SPSS statistical software program (version 17.0) was used to analyze the collected data by such methodologies of Descriptive Statistics, Differentiation Analysis, Product-moment Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis. The ultimate goal was to find out what the parents consider when they send their children to attend after-school cram schools. The participants were mainly the parents who have elementary school kids in Keelung City. Through the process of technical analysis, the research finding was to establish “the inclination analysis model of how elementary school children attend after-school cram schools.” The research findings were as follows:
First, the two minor aspects of “subject beliefs” and “objective beliefs” affected the major aspect of “attitude.” Second, the two minor aspects of “majority group” and “minority group” affected the major aspect of “subjective norms.” Next, the two minor aspects of “convenience” and “efficiency” affected the major aspect of “perceived behavior control.” Last, the three minor aspects of “hardware equipment,” “convenience for parents to commute between cram schools and home” and “economic reasons.”
In conclusion, there were nine factors that affect parents’ decision, and this research hoped to provide some suggestions for schools, teachers, parents and the cram school industry in order to understand the process of the decision-making behavior. Also, it hoped to assist the cram-school industry and its potential owners to establish management strategies.
