摘要: 本研究主要在了解餐飲從業人員的健康促進生活型態、生活品質與職場疲勞之現況;分析不同背景變項的餐飲從業人員健康促進生活型態、生活品質與職場疲勞之差異;探討其健康促進生活型態、生活品質與職場疲勞之相關性,及生活品質對健康促進生活型態與職場疲勞是否有中介效果。本研究以「健康促進生活型態量表」、「台灣簡明版世界衛生組織生活品質問卷」、「中文版職場疲勞量表」作為研究工具,預計以基隆市、臺北市及新北市之餐飲從業人員為研究對象,以問卷調查的方式進行資料收集,共發出360份問卷,收回338份,無效問卷7份,有效問卷331份,回收率93.8%。所得資料將以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、迴歸分析及結構方程式分析之。研究結果如下:
一、餐飲從業人員的健康促進生活型態尚可、生活品質屬中上程度、職場疲勞中等。
二、性別、婚姻、年齡、子女數、教育程度、月收入、年資、類型、工作時數、職位等背景變項與健康促進生活型態有顯著差異;婚姻、年齡、子女數、教育程度、月收入、年資、工作時數、職位等背景變項與生活品質有顯著差異;婚姻、年齡、子女數、年資、類型、工作時數、職位等背景變項與職場疲勞有顯著差異。
三、健康促進生活型態與生活品質呈正相關;生活品質與職場疲勞呈負相關;健康促進生活型態與生活品質呈負相關。
四、生活品質對於健康促進生活型態與職場疲勞具有中介效果。
本研究依研究結論,期望能藉此讓餐飲從業人員正視自己執行健康行為的重要性,並提供餐廳及餐飲管理者對餐飲從業人員的健康促進生活型態、生活品質與職場疲勞有深層的了解,並協助餐飲從業人員擁有更佳之生活品質與促進健康之行為。
The research aim to realize the situation of health promoting lifestyle、quality of life and burnout of foodservice staff , to analyze the deference among different background variables of health promoting lifestyle、quality of life and burnout of foodservice staff , to investigate the relationship among the health promoting lifestyle、quality of life and burnout , and if the quality of Life has Mediating effect on health promoting lifestyle and burnout. The research uses the HPLP、WHOQOL-BREF、Burnout Inventory as the research tool. This study object will be focus on foodservice staff of Keelung、Taipei、New Taipei city. Questionnaire was used for data collection 360 pics were sent , and 338 pics questionnaires were returned. Invalid questionnaires are 7 pics. Recovery is 93.8%. All the data will be analyzed by descriptive statistic、t-test、One-Way ANOVA、Linear Regression analysis and SEM(Structural Equation Models).The results are below:
1. The Health Promoting Lifestyle of foodservice staffs acceptable 、Quality of life is high and Burnout is medium.
2. The Background variables, such as gender、marriage、age、number of children、education、income per month、working years、working type、working hours、position have Significant differences with health promoting lifestyle. marriage、age、number of children、education、income per month、working years、working type、working hours、position have Significant differences with quality of life. marriage、age、number of children、working years、working type、working hours、position have Significant differences with burnout.
3. Health promoting lifestyle and quality of life has positive correlation ; quality of life and burnout has negative correlation. health promoting lifestyle and burnout has positive correlation.
4. Quality of life exist mediating effect health promoting lifestyle and burnout.
This study based on the research result , expects the foodservice staff to face the importance of executing healthy behavior by themselves , and provides the manager of restaurant the knowledge of health promoting lifestyle、quality of life and burnout of foodservice staff , and help them have better quality of life and health promote behavior.
