Abstract:	本研究目的在探討醫療人員對組合式感染管制介入措施知識、態度、行為及其影響因素。採用橫斷式調查法，研究工具為自編的「組合式感染管制措施（bundle intervention）問卷調查表」，先取得人體試驗委員會之同意臨床試驗證明書，才開始進行某區域教學醫院醫療人員的調查。本研究共發出346份問卷，回收316份有效份問卷，回收率為91.3﹪。根據實際調查所得資料，以統計軟體 SPSS 12.0套裝軟體進行敘述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析，並得到以下結論：一、不同性別在組合式感染管制介入措施態度上有顯著差異。二、組合式感染管制介入措施之知識與態度呈正相關。三、組合式感染管制介入措施之態度與行為呈正相關。 A cross-section study was performed in this research, and we used structured questionnaires as a research tool. The purpose of this study was trying to understand the study of medical professional staffs’ knowledge, attitudes and behavior on bundle intervention. After deleting invalid questionnaires, raw data was archived and statistic analyzed by Statistical Package for Social Science for Windows 12.0 software. The research adopts Descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA analysis, Scheffe post comparisons, and statistical methods to analyze the relationship of each variable. The results can be concluded as follows： First, Bundle Intervention have a significant positive correlation with knowledge and gender. Second, Bundle Intervention have a significant positive correlation with knowledge and attitudes. Third, Bundle Intervention have a significant positive correlation with attitudes and behavior.
