本研究是以高齡學習者為研究對象,進行高齡學習者社會參與情形及其成功老化程度關係的研究。旨在瞭解高齡學習者社會參與情形及其成功老化程度之間的關係,提供高齡學習者及有關教育機關單位辦理活動之參考。
本研究採用問卷調查方法進行。研究對象係以基隆市高齡學習者為主,共得有效樣本928 份,研究工具為「高齡學習者社會參與及成功老化關係之研究調查問卷」,統計方法之使用包括描述統計、平均數、標準差、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關等。研究結果顯示「學習活動」層面與「心理與心智健康」層面的相關係數最高,結論歸納如下:
一、基隆市高齡學習者對社會參與的「志願服務」層面的參與程度較高。
二、基隆市高齡學習者的年齡、自覺經濟狀況、自覺健康狀況、婚姻狀況及家人支持不同對社會參與的程度有差異。
三、基隆市高齡學習者的成功老化程度都相當高,尤其是「心理與心智健康」層面特別高。
四、高齡學習者的社會參與程度高有助於成功老化。
This study is to find the relationship between the social participation and successful aging of seionr learners, and the parircipants are the senior learners in Keelung City. And some suggestions are provided for the related education departments.
After the literature review, we use the questionnaire survey to proceed this study. The participants are the senior learners in Keelung City and obtain 928 samples. The research tool of this study is the questionnaire about the impacts of the social participation of the senior learners on theirs successful aging. The statistical methods include descriptive statistics, mean, standard deviation, one way ANOVA, and Pearson’s Product-moment correlation. The degree of "learnings" and"psychological and mental health" is quite high.The research results can be concluded as follows:
First, the senior learners in Keelung City have high participation rate in social activities and especially high for “volunteer service”.
Second, the degree of the participation rate of the senior learners in Keelung City to join the social activities is different with their ages, the perceived financial status of themselves, perceived health status of themselves, their marital statuses and the support from their family members.
Third, the degree of the successful aging of the senior learners in Keelung City is quite high, especially in the aspect of "psychological and mental health".
Fourth, the social participation of the senior learners contributes to their awareness toward aging .
