Abstract: 本研究為兩組前後測之量性類實驗研究設計,以立意取樣方式選取符合研究對象條件之在職護理人員,隨機將之分為對照組及實驗組。研究當天對照組接受「疼痛基本知識量表、自控式減痛處置知識量表、自控式減痛處置態度量表」三個問卷量表之前後測;實驗組在接受問卷之前測後,隨即介入PCA之多媒體教學方案,再填答三個問卷量表之後測。以SPSS12.0中文版分析研究對象之「疼痛基本知識、自控式減痛處置知識、自控式減痛處置態度」之現況及影響因素;並分析兩組研究對象在「疼痛基本知識、自控式減痛處置知識、自控式減痛處置態度」前後測改變量上之差異,以比較多媒提教學方案介入措施成效。本研究發現:護理人員於疼痛護理及PCA疼痛處置的認知具備中上程度;PCA減痛處置的態度也趨向正向;本研究之多媒體教學方案可有效提昇護理人員於自控式減痛處置之知識、態度;基本資料之人口學、專業特質與疼痛經驗不影響多媒體教學方案介入的成效;本研究期能提供臨床頭痛處置照護之參考。
The study is a qusi-experimential design which samples will been devided into two groups. The difference of two groups is the samples of experimental group will learn the multimedia educational program of patient control of analgesia, and the control group will not. The research suppose multimedia educational program has the effect for improving the knowledge and attitude about patient control of analgesia of nurses, and hope offer some principles for pain management.
