Title: 民眾的生活型態與健康行為模式之相關性研究

Abstract: 護理工作旨在促進人類之健康,台灣人口結構的老化及慢性病的盛行現持續上升中,已是不可改變之趨勢,以致於健康促進備受重視,希望藉此提高民眾的生活品質,然而,居住於窮鄉僻壤的民眾們,他們的醫療資源較缺乏,故我們應更重視對於偏遠地區之民眾的護理與福利,各項規劃與措施應積極推展。本研究即欲瞭解民眾的健康行為。研究方法則以方便取樣方式,於台北某偏遠及都會地區對民眾進行問卷調查,以SPSS Word 12.0分析資料。研究結果顯示:(1)在平時維持健康或保養身體時最常用之方法為運動(54.5%),其次為休閒養生(36.6%);(2)在生病或不舒服時習慣尋求的緩解方法方面,以立即至醫院診所看診為最高(62.1%),其次是在家調養(28.8%)。了解民眾對於健康促進的做法,民眾的健康行為及其影響之相關因素,此可作為設計衛生教育活動的方向及政府提供偏遠地區醫療資源的指標。
The aim of nursing care is to promote the health of people. The structure of population is getting older and the incidence of chronic diseases is still increasing. Indeed, this situation can not be changed any more. There are lacking in health resource around the remote area so that should be considered for their welfare. This study aims to: (1) comprehend the health style and the way of health promotion in the community; (2) understand the doctor seeking behaviors and health behaviors of the community; and (3) explore the factors related to health behaviors. The convenient sample will be applied from the remote and city area of the Taipei.
