Abstract: 國內桌球訓練一般都強調在技術與戰術訓練。訓練時,總是認為訓練量多代表有訓練,所以,某些甲組球隊或個人常有一天訓練7-10小時的窘境,也較趨於模仿中國現況之訓練法;對於運動科學觀點與方法,教練鮮少嘗試。國內現階段各項運動中在尋求增進運動表現與加快恢復疲勞的議題上,紛紛採取生化值來突破困境,然而,桌球運動項目卻好像置身在外,關於生化值的論文較少著墨。鑑於此,本文試著運用訓練科學與生物參數來探討桌球項目:不同多球訓練組數訓練強度之分析。結果發現:分段式多球訓練比傳統式多球訓練,在乳酸值方面降低非常多,心跳率與血氨值且達到顯著,對於以後訓練採取的方式,可做一份參考與建議。
In our country, the skill and strategy training of table tennis are emphasized. We always thought that the more heavy training, the more training effect was presented, so some athletes even trained more than 7 hours a day before. But today we know that sports science is most important, especially in fatigue recovery within sports performance. Lactic acid of blood and heart rate usually act as indicators of training intensity. The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of Lactate and heart rate between traditional l and multi-sectional multi-balls training of table tennis. The results revealed that: The Lactate value of traditional training is higher than multi-sectional multi-balls training, and is significant difference in statistical.
