The good physical fitness is helpful to human health. Both of walking and aerobic exercises are simple and convenient physical activities for publics to develop healthy fitness. There are 72 volunteers for moderate aerobic exercise group and 82 volunteers as walking group in this study. Health indexes including BMI, body fat, cardiopulmonary endurance, flexibility, muscular endurance will be determined after a walking course as well as a moderate aerobic exercise for 12 weeks. In addition, the health improvements obtained from these two courses will be analyzed and compared. The long term goal of this plane is to establish the well basis of health indications contributed by walking and aerobic exercise and to improve the human health.
The purpose of this plane will be included above:
1. To evaluate after moderate aerobic exercise and walking training, the physical fitness of elder people will be improved.
2. Compare the difference of walking and aerobic exercise in physical fitness in elder people.
