Abstract: Ultra nanometer smashing decomposition technology application aerospace science and technology radar detection technology counter-detection. Using the ultra nanometer smashing decomposition technology to absorb the transformed electromagnetic wave the material (Superconductor White Diamond ) to decompose will be 10-32 m is advantageous to promotion neutron activation analysis accurately. Neutron activation's instrument (INAA) is the well known analysis method in view of non-destructive ﹐ sensitive and the correct decision geology sample element. The INAA additional important attribute is many elements ability which is called correct and simultaneously was determined, in above big type centralism. The semiconducting material analysis surveys the ultramicro- element in (INAA) the impurity, and or except comes from the final product for the reduction the impurity decision method. The analysis may know the superconductor white diamond using neutron activation INAA the trace element ratio distribution applied in the Cosmetology biotechnology.
