Abstract:	宜蘭地區在雪山隧道通車後，因可及性大幅增加，造成觀光產業供需面平衡發生改變，影響到產業的整體發展，本研究的目的在探討交通可及性因子改變後對目的地區觀光產業營運之衝擊。本研究採質化和量化並行的方式，以礁溪鄉的溫泉遊憩區為研究對象，進行實地問卷發放與觀察，問卷分為三部分，第一部分為觀光業者基本資料，第二部份是雪山隧道通車後帶來觀光發展衝擊方面，第三部份是觀光業者前景認知方面，來衡量觀光業者對於雪山隧道開通後所帶來正負面影響程度，並將調查結果以卡方檢定分析和歸納法分析探討雪山隧道開通後對觀光事業的衝擊為何。研究結果顯示，在餐飲業者和景點業者方面假日的營業額比通車前增加許多，而在住宿業者方面的假日營業額則是比通車前大幅減少，在觀光業者前景認知方面認為宜蘭在觀光業發展方面會有越來越好的趨勢，而宜蘭整體地區的知名度在通車後也相對的提升不少，但在整體地區發展和重視居民意見等方面必須再加以改善。 The accessibility was increased in I-lan area after Hsuehshan Tunnel begins to using. It caused the tourism industry to change the balance of supply and demand, and affect the overall development of industry. The purpose of this study was discussed after change the transportation accessibility factor, and the impact of the destination tourism industry operational. This study used qualitative and quantitative method, and Chiaohsi Township Hot Springs Recreational Area was the research object of this study. The questionnaire is divided into three parts. The first part is the basic information of tourist industry. The second part is the impact of the tourism development after Hsuehshan Tunnel begins to using. The third part is about the cognitive of tourism industry operator. To measure the impact in tourism industry after Hsuehshan Tunnel begins to using, and used chi-square test analysis and inductive analysis to discuss the impact of tourism industry after Husehshan Tunnel begins to using. The result suggest that the turnover was increased by much more than before the Tunnel begins to using in the restaurant and the scenic spots. The accommodation was complained about that their turnover was reducing after the Tunnel begins to using. The cognitive of tourism industry operator think about that I-lan will getting better and better in tourism industry development, and getting more famous after the Tunnel begins to using. Should improve the entire area development and respect resident’s opinion.
