面對全球化浪潮的影響下,先進國家不僅逐漸將文化創意產業視為各國經濟發展的重點。而且,文化產業學術上的討論,也由二次世界大戰後大眾文化的評論,轉向為關心在經濟發展上文化產業的角色,例如藉由文化經濟政策推動都市再生。本研究目的為發展文化創意產業作為都市再生政策,挑選大黑松小倆口牛軋糖博物館觀光工廠為研究案例。最後,本研究也對我國推動觀光工廠提出六個面向的建議。 Facing the wave of globalization, advanced countries considered the cultural creative industries as the focal point of economic development one by one. Besides, the academic discussions on cultural industries also shifted from the criticism after WWII on mass culture to concerning the role of cultural industries in the economic development, for example, the promotion of urban regeneration by cultural economic policies. The aim of this study is to develop cultural creative industry as the urban regeneration policies. Dahesong Salico’s Nougot Museum Tourist Factory in Taiwan was selected as study cases. Finally, this study proposes six suggestions of points of view for the promotion of Tourist Factory in Taiwan.
