Abstract: 代謝症候群係引發慢性病的潛在文明病,而個案對於疾病的認知及健康信念將影響其對正確飲食及運動的積極與否,進而影響疾病的發展。本篇個案報告係在論述筆者運用健康信念模式協助一位代謝症候群個案進行健康減重計畫之照護經驗,護理過程中分析影響個案健康行為之影響因素,並利用衛生教育幫助個案獲得與代謝症候群相關的健康照護知識與技能。護理期間以會談及觀察等方式收集資料,發現個案對罹患疾病感覺威脅、但嚴重程度低及自覺行動障礙高於利益等問題。針對個案前述之現況,利用衛教本給予疾病認知、飲食指導、運動安排,使個案能對代謝症候群有正確的認知,進而採取正向的健康維護行為。筆者期望藉由此個案照護過程之經驗分享,期許護理專業人員協助慢性病患落實減重計畫時可以善用健康信念,以達最高效率之健康管理目標。Metabolic syndrome is very popular which was influenced because health belief. The paper describes a nursing care experience of a client who with metabolic syndrome. This client neglects metabolic syndrome for a longtime. We assist the case to analysis the reasons of the metabolic syndrome and designed a program for bodyweight self-management with client. Data were collected through the methods of direct patient care, observation, and communition. We found the client can feel the threaten of metabolic syndrome, but can not think it is important to the syndrome. So we make a self-management which including learning knowledge, exercise, and diet for controlling the development of disease. Finally, we got the effective result which show bodeweight is lower and blood pressure is normal.
