摘要: 本研究以基隆市國小教師為研究對象,以應用跨理論模式來探討歸屬於五個不同運動階段的研究對象,在個人背景因素及社會心理變項間是否有所差異?並瞭解規律運動與社會心理變項間之關係。研究設計採問卷調查的方式,以基隆市國小教師為對象進行抽樣,取得有效樣本人數為457人,將資料以次數分佈、百分比、平均值、標準差等來描述研究對象在各變項中的分佈情形,同時以t檢定、卡方檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費(Scheffe)事後比較、皮爾森積差相關分析等統計方法來分析各變項之間的關係,茲將重要結果歸納如下:
ㄧ、基隆市國小教師的運動階段以準備期最多(47.3%),其次分別為意圖期(21.9%)、維持期(13.6%)、無意圖期(9.6%)及行動期(7.7%)。
二、不同個人背景因素在社會心理變項之差異顯示,男性在運動自我效能、知覺運動利益與運動改變方法較女性高。不同運動階段的基隆市國小教師,在運動自我效能、知覺運動障礙、知覺運動利益及運動改變方法上有差異,且運動階段順序依序為:準備期、意圖期、
維持期、無意圖期、行動期。
三、基隆市國小教師之個人背景因素與其所歸屬的運動階段,在性別和自覺健康狀況項目上有差異,女性教師比男性教師有較高的規律運動行為,且自覺健康狀況非常差者、差者、普通者和好者,在不同運動階段上以「準備期」為最多;自覺健康狀況非常好者「維持期」最多。
四、運動階段與社會心理變項之運動自我效能、知覺運動利益及運動改變方法均達正相關,但在知覺運動障礙上則呈現負相關。

本研究依據所得結果進行討論,並對於研究結果的應用以及未來研究的方向提出建議。
This research was examine whether differences between personal background factors and social psychological variables in five different exercise stages by using transtheoretical model, trying to understand the relationship between regular exercise and social psychological variables. This research adopt a self-made questionnaire survey, selected from elementary schools teachers of Keelung City as study participants, which was randomly administered. Valid questionnaires were completed by 457 teachers. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, maximum, minimum, etc. to describe the study objects in the distribution of variables. The analyses of t test, chi-square test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe multiple comparison and Pearson product -moment correlation were used to determine the relationship between all the variables. The major findings of this research are as follows:

1. The subjects of the stages of exercise to prepare for a maximum (47.3%), followed by contemplation (21.9%), Maintenance phase (13.6%), pre-contemplation (9.6%) and the action stage (7.7%).
2. The different background factors in the social and psychological ariables, the differences show that men in the exercise self-efficacy Able, perceived benefits and change for exercise than females. The object of study in different stages of exercise in exercise self-efficacy, perceived barriers, perceived benefits, and there are some differences of change for exercise. The order of the different stages followed by the stage of preparation, contemplation, maintenance, pre-contemplation and action.
3. The subjects of the personal background factors and their ownership of the stages of exercise, gender and perceived health Status of projects are different in women than men have a higher regular exercise, and among those four aspects of self-awareness health with very poor, poor, ordinary and good conditions, was most frequently in the “stage of preparation” ; self-awareness health with very good condition was most frequently in the “stage of maintenance”.
4. Regular exercise and psychosocial variables self-efficacy, perceived benefits and exercise changes Method reached a positive correlation, but the perceived barrier on the negative.
The results of this research is based on discussions conducted, and the application of the results and future research are suggested.
