Abstract:	發展健康服務產業是一個世界趨勢，成功的發展健康產業除了可以提升國人健康更可以增加國家競爭力。目前在台灣健康服務產業的各項服務琳瑯滿目，有些地方除了健康檢查也販售健康食品或提供養身休閒SPA的服務。如果可以成功的結合休閒養身、美食與豐富的觀光資源，發展國際醫療或旅遊健檢是有機會的。積極的協助各健康服務產業推展國際行銷，健康服務產業市場規模將大幅成長，為台灣經濟發展帶來更大的進步。因此，本文欲建構健康服務產業資訊管理服務系統模式，並藉由健康服務產業領域專家之專業觀點，分別由健康美麗產業、觀光醫療產業、養生休閒產業及創意生活產業等構面，探討健康服務產業資訊管理服務系統建構模式，運用層級分析法 (AHP) ，探討其建構模式優先順序，研究結果發現，健康服務產業資訊管理服務系統建構模式中以「觀光醫療產業」(0.3369) 建構模式最為顯著，所以可得知健康服務產業之資訊管理服務系統建構模式中，相當著重觀光醫療產業，這和健康服務產業特性有相關聯，顯示觀光醫療產業專業性高，以促使健康服務產業資訊管理服務系統建構模式更健全發展。 It is a world trend to develop the industry of health service. The successful development of health industry improves the health of compatriots, even more increasing the national competitiveness. At present, the industry of health service is full of variety in Taiwan , some health examination combined selling of health food, or combined the recreational and health SPA. If we can smoothly combine leisure keeping in good health, the delicious food and the rich sightseeing resources, it is good opportunity to develop international medical service or health examination in travel. We should proactively assist the health service industry to promote the international marketing that will cause the market of health service industry to grow largely. Moreover, the development of economy will be enhanced in Taiwan. This article will apply the Analytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) method to construct the system of informatics and management for health service industry. Moreover, we will study the major impact factor of health service industry in some directions, including the health beautiful industry, medical tourism industry, keeping in good health leisure industry and creative life industry. The results show the medical tourism industry is highest (0.3369) by the order of priority degree in the system of informatics and management for health service industry. Therefore, we conclude that the medical tourism industry is the most important direction in the system of informatics and management for health service industry. At the same time, the high specialization of medical tourism industry will improve the good development of the system of informatics and management for health service industry.
