Abstract: 本研究旨在探討高職美容科建教班選擇美容Spa業學生之學習動機與學習滿意度,研究對象係針對新北市某高職共37名二、三年級學生;本研究採用深入訪談的方式,再配合次級資料之蒐集、彙整、歸納與分析,根據研究結果,提出結論如下:
一、美容科建教班學生選擇參與美容Spa業之動機,依次為同學影響21.6%、朋友推薦18.9%、本身興趣16.2%。
二、美容Spa業建教班學生對學校的「學校課程及教學內容」因素學習滿意度總體表現均趨向正向。
三、美容Spa業建教班學生對學校的「學習環境」因素學習滿意度總體表現趨向正向。
四、美容Spa業建教班學生對「合作店家的生活照顧」因素學習滿意度總體表現趨向正向。
五、美容Spa業建教班學生對「合作店家的學習環境」因素學習滿意度總體表現趨向正向。

本研究最後根據研究結果,提出相關的結論與建議供教育主管單位、學校、建教合作事業體、學生家長及社會有關人士參考。
The purpose of this research was to investigate what are the main learning motivation and relevant learning satisfaction index (LSI)for 37 co-operative students of cosmetology department who choosing Spa industry to learn. The students belong to one of senior-middle vocational schools located in New Taipei City , and were in the classes of 2nd & 3rd gread. This research adopted interview method accompanying with collected informations. After collecting, sorting, inducting and analyzing the data, the findings of the report were as following:
1. The first three leading learning motivation are affected by schoolmates 21.5%,introduced by friends 18.9%,while the third is own interes 16.2%.
2. The students have positive response for LSI regarding to the arrangement of school courses and their contents.
3. The students have positive response for LSI regarding to the circumstances of learning in school.
4. The students have positive response for LSI regarding to the livehood-caring of the co-operated enterprises.
5. The students have positive response for LSI regarding to the circumstances of learning in the co-operated enterpises..

Finally, according to the intivigated results, the relative conclusions and suggestions are proposed to the educational department, school and co-operated enterpises for thier reference.
