Abstract:	在愛爾蘭，Beaumont醫院試行全院試用自由軟體，包含文書、影像傳輸及醫療診斷系統，得到五年省下一千三百萬歐元（約六億台幣）的好成績。希望在健保財政拮据的年代中，能藉由成功的範例推動國內醫院來試行，所省下的經費回饋在病患及工作同仁身上。但在第一線之護理人員面對愈來愈聰明的消費者，卻是更大的挑戰；為能提供有效的幫助，護理人員應提升自身對於資訊的知識與能力。在電腦與網路資訊逐漸普及之下，護理人員資訊素養的提升，將成為未來培養護理人員的重要課題之一。資訊素養及資訊應用能力的提升對於護理競爭優勢之建立，將是決定性的關鍵。由本研究探討護理人員對於自由軟體接受度，希望可以提供新的思考方向供大家參考。本研究以「整合性科技接受模式」為基礎，並且再結合科技準備度，探討護理人員採用自由軟體之相關因素。本研究採用問卷調查法，樣本採便利取樣，時間為2010年三月至四月，共取得456個樣本，對於使用意圖整體解釋為65.3％。研究結果顯示：(1)使用意圖會正向影響實際使用行為，(2)護理人員之「績效期望」、「努力期望」、「社會影響」會正向影響使用意圖，(3)護理人員之「促成因素」、、「科技準備度」會正向影響實際使用行為，(4)自願性會干擾「績效期望」對「使用意圖」的影響，其餘干擾變數均無影響。 The case of the Beaumont Hospital describes the implementation of these systems, the difficulties encountered, and also the benefits in terms of astonishing cost savings of €13m over 5 years. In the popularity of computer and internet technology , the information literacy enchancement of the nursing professionals will be an important subject of training nursing professionals in the future. To cope with this challenge, nursing professionals should enhance their understanding of new technologies beyond what is taught in formal education curricula. This study takes “Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, UTAUT” to discuss the factors that impacts of the adoption of open source software.This study uses UTAUT as a foundation and combine the“technology readiness ”into a theoretic framework.All samples came from convenient samples. There were 456 valid samples with collection period from March 3rd to April 2010.These four independent variables together explain 65.3% (R square value) of the behavior intentions of using open source software.By reviewing literatures and empirical test, we conclude that (1) the use intention of open source software will positively affect the use behavior,(2) the performance expect, effort expectancy and social impacts will positively affect the use intention,(3)the facilitating conditions,technology readiness,the use intention of open source software ill positively affect the use behavior,(4) voluntaries of use will interfere the impact of performance expect on use intention.
