本論文研製之重點為：隨著資訊系統導入醫療作業環境，醫護人員必須從以往的手寫病歷紀錄，改變至使用電子病歷來紀錄病患資料，護理紀錄則是電子病歷中重要的紀錄之一。有鑑於國內護理詞彙尚未完成整合，本研究以Apriori Association rule探討台灣目前常用之護理紀錄方式，焦點護理紀錄法及護理問題紀錄法。護理紀錄中之臨床表徵與國際常用NANDA-1北美護理診斷之間的關聯性，本研究藉此找到兩者之間的對應關係，將研究之關聯結果建立護理診斷互通性模型，並應用於護理診斷協助系統中，提供未來護理資訊系統與國際接軌之應用資料。
A procedure is due to the introduction of information systems into the medical environment, the previous medical staff's hand-written medical records must be changed to the electronic medical record to record patient data. The nursing care record is one of the important parts of the electronic medical records. Given the integration of nursing vocabulary is not yet successful, this study is focused on using Apriori Association rule to analyze nursing records in Taiwan, the focus nursing records and Nursing Diagnosis of Problem-Oriented Record . The relevance between nursing records of the clinical characteristics and the international NANDA-1 North American Nursing Diagnosis is investigated. Finding the corresponding relationship between the twos is to provide the information and to facilitate the future bridging connection with international standards.
