Abstract: 知識管理可謂為企業界帶來了一項重大的、新興的挑戰。此挑戰不啻是組織層面、企業流程層面,同時也涉及員工行為與心理機制的轉變。心理契約對組織公平、信任和工作滿意度都有直接的影響,根據研究,組織公平、信任與工作滿意度與知識移轉的成效有極大的關聯。因此,在討論知識管理概念與實務的同時,也須探討知識管理對於員工心理契約之間的關連,以提出符合員工心理契約的知識管理策略。本文就個案公司十名跨部門知識管理小組成員進行德爾菲法(Delphi method),探討個案公司實施知識管理之流程中,對員工心理契約造成之影響。
Knowledge Management is the newest challenge for the industry included the organizational aspect, business process aspect, and the behavior and the mental change aspects of employee. The psychological contract relates to the organizational fair, organizational trust, and satisfaction of employee, and all these elements are affect the outcome of knowledge transfer. Therefore, while discuss the concept and practices of knowledge management, we need discuss the relationship between knowledge management and psychological contract. This article used Delphi method to identify the psychological contract influences caused by knowledge management program. The result of this study is including the process of psychological contract transformation and the suggestion of the experts about implement knowledge management program.
