本研究主要在於探討一技術學院不同學制與不同年級的學生對於網路學習資源與學生事務資訊系統網路化之滿意度調查研究。在網路學習資源,本研究進一步探索對於同步討論區與非同步討論板有經驗的使用者在網路學習平台的使用滿意度上與無經驗者之差異。研究對象為四年制與二年制的大一與大二學生。調查結果發現一年級與二年級學生之間在整體就讀滿意度並無差異,而二技學生在整體就讀滿意度上較四技學生高。另外,分析結果發現曾經有使用過同步討論區的學生在對於使用網路學習平台與資源的滿意度較無經驗者高,而有使用過非同步討論板的學生在對於使用網路學習平台與資源的滿意度上亦較與無經驗者高。 This study was to explore whether online learning resources and web-based student affairs system have an impact on student satisfaction in light of the extent of use and demand. The participants were freshman and sophomore students of Department of Information Technology in a vocational college. The track of online leaning resources is intended to realize to what extent the students made use of the online learning platform, and how they responded to the current use based on their prior experiences on delivery modes.The track of web-based student affairs system was to understand the feasibility and practicability of student affaires going web-based. The findings showed there was no substantial difference in overall student satisfaction between freshman and sophomore. The study found the students in the two-year program tended to have higher satisfaction then those who in the four-year program. In addition, the students with prior experiences in synchronous discussion forum had substantially higher degree of student satisfaction than those who did not. The students in the two-year program tended to feel more satisfied on than those who in the four-year program. Likewise, the students who were experienced on asynchronous discussion forum also had substantially higher student satisfaction level than those who did not.
