對任何企業、組織而言，「人」是最寶貴的資源，如何加強人力資源管理並有效運用人力資源，是未來企業成長、經濟發展與國家進步最為重要的一項課題。其中，人力資源規劃可說是人力資源管理成功與否的重要關鍵。 本探索性研究預計針對大台北地區私立托育機構就其在人力運用及其服務績效之表現，擬針對樣本個案以深入訪談之方式進行結構性訪談，主要研究目的為： 1.就大台北地區而言，暸解私立托育機構人力資源配置之現況。 2.探討大台北地區私立托育機構之人力資源規劃重要議題。 For any enterprises or organizations, “human resource” is the most precious resource. How to enhance the human resource management and make use of human resource effectively will be the most important topic for enterprise growth, the economic development and the country progresses in the future. We can say human resource planning is a key successful factor for human resource management. The purposes of this research will focus on the following topics: 1. Through the review of related 1iteratures, we hope to understand the related concepts and implementations of human resource planning thoroughly, and to set up a new model of human resource planning for the industry of Care Center. 2. To analyze the present situation and the characteristics of our Child Care Center' industry after implementing human resource planning.
