摘要: 賴氏人格測驗在國內大專院校針對新生進行施測已有一段時日,其施測結果之效度和參考實用價值相當高,該測驗在診斷「學生的個性內外向性」、「社會適應性良好與否 」以及「情緒穩定性」方面,在新生入學的短時間內,都可以有概略的了解,若是妥善運用,對於輔導學生,可說是相當有幫助。
如果學校對全校新生實施本測驗,除了能讓學生對自我有進一步認識之外,如能在分析研究了解學生人格特質,對於站在第一線的導師或輔導人員就可以根據各個學生的人格特質,給予同學在生活、課業、情緒管理,甚至在未來生涯規劃與就業上予以輔導和協助,以期達到教育上對不同特質學生施以有效輔導。
透過本研究之結果分析,發現此測驗除能對問題學生及早發現,並能在第一時間內給予適當輔導外,也發現,不同科系、性別以及學制,在人格類型上的分布情形及差異性,並能找出影響學生的負面特質為何,進而能提供相關之輔導策略和方法。
The Lai's Personality Examination (LPE) has been implemented on the freshmen of university and college for couple years. The results show high reference value in practical practice. In the beginning stage of freshmen in schools, the general information of students in terms of“extrovert and introvert personality”,“societal adaptability”, and "emotional stability" can be detected by the examination. It helps a lot in instructing students if it is applied properly.
Through applying this examination to the freshmen, students are able to recognize themselves futher more. By doing analysis of the examination results, instructors can understand the personality characteristic of each student. Then the instructors can provide better management to students in daily life, course study, emotion, and even more in future career plan and employment instruction based on the personality of each one. Therefore, students with different characteristic can be instructed individually and efficiently.
LPE should enable instructors to not only detect problem students in advance but also provide proper instruction in the early beginning stage. The distribution and variance of personality for different departments, sexuality, and education systems can be developed individually. The negative characteristic which influences students can be identified, then the respective instruction strategy and method will be provided for improvement. Implications for counseling practice on college campus and future research are discussed.
