摘要: 本研究進行家長對園所親職活動需求之相關問題探討。在取樣方面,抽取371名台北縣、市立案園所家長為研究樣本。以問卷調查表為研究工具,依本研究目的及參考文獻資料製訂而成。
主要研究發現如下:
(一)家長對親職活動參與意願之排序。
(二)家長對園所親職活動的參與度高達八成以上,因此園所對親職活動的進行是很值得努力的。
(三)很少及未曾參與過園所親職活動的家長中,「沒有時間」仍是他們最大的理由,可見時間因素仍是園所進行親職活動的最大阻礙。
(四)家長對於園所舉辦的大型親職活動需求次數不多,一學期最好二至三次即可,次數太多,反而會造成時間壓力,家長參與意願就會下降。
園所可參考本研究結果,初步了解家長對親職活動的需求,再搭配園所本身的狀況作調整,擬出具體可行的親職活動方案,並在執行之後作評估、檢討以作為未來之計劃參考。
It is very important to understand parents' needs first in order to improve the quality of the parental involvements. Thus, assessing parents’ needs can particularly help schools to plan parents' activities well and make them work better.
371 parents participate in this survey study respectively .
The main findings are shown as following :
1. Parents' preference for the school planned activities were shown in order.
2. The rate of parents' involvements in the school's activities is quite high which shows the efforts of schools for preparing parents' activities worthy.
3.The main reason that parents couldn't attend school activities is “they have no time”, so the time factor is still a big concern for limiting the parents' involvements in the school activities.
4.According to the parents' viewpoints, the activities for parents should not be hold too often. When planning parental activities, school can use this survey study as a reference to understand parents' needs related to their involvements in the school activit1es.
