The purposes of this study were to reveal the softness origin of human's“chi”through the chi's idea of Cheong Tzu, and hopefully to achieve the transcendence experiences of the softness toward tranquility in
human's sports.

The describing and interpretating methods were used in this study. By using the distanciation and appropriation of interpretating method, the transcendence experiences of the softness toward tranquility in human's sports could be explicit. This study concluded the followings:
1. Having studied the chi's idea of Cheong Tzu, this study found softness were in Chi's transcendence origins of Cheong Tzu and hence of the human beings.
2. with regarding to the above stated softness transcendence origins of“Chi", we found that it should be easily to succeed the following three kinds of transcendence experiences of the softness toward tranquility
in human's sports. These three kinds of experiences mingled and constituted to a complete sporting transcendence experiences of the softness toward tranqui1ity.
